Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Rangsera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item, email us at info@rangsera.com and send your item to Kahna Nau Lahore

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:Kahna Nau Lahore

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
